Hitachi ABB Power Grids is a 3-dimensional company, which means, you will have a hiring manager (direct boss) who manages a local team and a "dotted line" to another supervisor who manages the product/service line you represent. This means, you will likely interview with 5-7 people. They could be folks from the product line, technical engineers, sales-people who sell your service/product, your hiring manager, managers of the business development group -- anyone who may 'touch' your role in some way. Thankfully, the entire process is well-structured and will have an onboarding coordinator and HR recruiter to guide you along the way.
