Interview process is good. For Chennai plant Round 1 Technical Online interview by chennai operation head and overseas quality manager. Round 2 Technical and General Online interview by Vice president and HR manager from Banglore and Kerala office Round 3 Face to Face at Chennai office with Overseas Global quality head and operations head. Each round will last for 40mins Although all the process goes well and even if you find 100% confidence of selection, they won't tell about interview result nor even pickup the phone nor even revert for email followups. Atlast it will end up in vain without knowing results. Poor response.

The Interview Process was well organized and the participants from the company were very kind. The briefings before and after the interview were provided on time. In addition to questions measuring the suitability of my experience for the position, I was also asked questions aimed at understanding what I expected from this position.

What kind of problem-solving methods did you use in your last job?
The process stretched over months. My third interview it did not seem like the teams worked well together. I got asked about working with difficult people multiple times and further questioning if somebody just really won’t work with you.

I had two interviews, one was a technical interview and the second was discussing expectations and some other topics with human resources. The interviewers were respectful and supportive. It was a about 2 month process.
