Submitted the application and received an email from HR the next day requesting an interview. Interviewed with the hiring manager and team over the next 3 weeks (5 separate interviews in total). Was notified a week later after the last interview via automatic reply that I did not receive the position.

The process was extremely lengthy - 10 weeks in total from the first interview till I BEGGED to learn about the outcome of the third (final) interview. First two interviews were a combination of technical + cultural of nature with the hiring manager and their one-up respectively. Despite passing both interviews I apparently failed the 3rd interview which is purely CULTURAL with the two level up from the hiring manager. I only learnt the outcome after another two week of begging (the internal recruiter through emails). I find this experience soul-destroying for the following reasons - 1) lengthy process as mentioned 2) horrific communication (or lack of) 3) leaving the Cultural thing to last if was key A waste of time and a very disrespectful experience to candidates altogether.
