After an initial interview with the VP of EMEA, I was invited to an interview at their EMEA HQ in London. The format was a panel interview with 6 participants sitting around a table in front of me in a conference room. The interview lasted roughly 2 hours and was mainly uni directional led by Vantara's VP of EMEA and APAC. The questions were totally ridiculous and aimed at a person making his first move into a management position and not a seasoned sales leader like myself who has been in similar roles over 10 years. What is worst, after 3 months (!!!!!) I have not been reimbursed for my travel expenses (flights from Germany to the UK, transportation, lodging). Stay away from an interview process with those folks!
