He walked me through the logistical basics about the company and "tried to dissuade" me from applying by being upfront about the challenges. We watched video about some core values and manufacturing techniques they do.

After you are asked for 6 references including 4 direct reports. This can be a bit hard if you are currently employed but dont want to involve your place of work just yet..so be prepared for this.

Horrible. Very quick interview scheduled and professional interview but it’s unrealistic to expect 7-10 references that are professional only. Most companies don’t even allow employees to give references so to make that a minimum to move in in today’s world is ridiculous.
