Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Hobby Lobby (Albuquerque, NM) nel mese di ott 2013
Colloquio
The time it took to receive a call back was quite lengthy. I wasn't directly asked about my religion (although they are a very Christian company) but I was indirectly persuaded to share what I was. I felt I would not have been hired if I had said I was anything but Christian. The interview wasn't terribly formal, the conversation was casual. The questions were fairly easy. I felt I was judged more on my personality than anything else.

The questions were very simple. The most difficult one would have to be, "What is your greatest weakness?"

Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.

It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.

They asked for my availability, what made me choose this job, where I plan to be in the next 5 years.
