Phone interview. Lasted approx 10 min. Went over prior work history asked career goals and willingness to relocate. Was a very quick phone interview. Asked if there would be any reason not to accept offer if given. Seemed very routine for the interviewer not a lot of energy in the conversation

Phone interview with recruiter. First step. Explains in detail the description of job and requirements as well as next steps and 10 questions. After you are asked for 6 references including 4 direct reports. This can be a bit hard if you are currently employed but dont want to involve your place of work just yet..so be prepared for this.

Horrible. Very quick interview scheduled and professional interview but it’s unrealistic to expect 7-10 references that are professional only. Most companies don’t even allow employees to give references so to make that a minimum to move in in today’s world is ridiculous.
