Great interview experience. HR took their time to make me feel wanted and valued. Interview lasted about 3 hours — took me through the different plants and explained all the processes. Very thorough. Was more about getting to know me rather than technical questions.

Easy. They asked straightforward, relevant questions and the process went forward smoothly. They seemed interested and engaged from the moment we started the interview. They skipped the behavioral questions too.
