Email contact made after posting my CV on site, and arrangement was made for a telephone interview, telephone call to me on exactly allotted time, brief talk about the company, then was ask what my current job entailed and reasons for wanting to change, I was asked what my current salary was, at which stage it was explained the company could not match or come close.
