Applied online. An hour call with recruiter. Recruiter was knew about the company and the products fir a change. The title is Head but it actually at best a manager role with low comp. The new CISO who is from philips seems confused. Was sent an assessment next to complete. I thought it was straight forward but hot rejection subsequently. The role is open since October 2022 and is still open as of Feb 2023. This is a shame and kind of throws some light on the decisiveness of the hiring manager.

General questions about my background and then therapy questions that has no bearing in the job itself. Therapy questions suck as why looking, top strengths, why you left A and then why B. And then what are your comp expectations(as if they would change their band for me)
