Phone interview with HR On site interview with head of department and team. They arrive 15-20 minutes late. Put their granola breakfast on the table and eat while they talk to you. Conversation is more focused on the position, and asking if you feel it like ok, than getting to know you and knowing if you are the right person.

There were four interviews. It started with a longer phone interview, followed by two interviews on site. The last was a video call. All were really pleasant and I was updated about the status very timely.
