Applied online, received an email shortly after and set up a phone interview. Did the phone interview and was denied the following day. The interview started with the interviewer making me wait while she finished sending emails. Once we began talking she asked me why I didn't know very specific software pertaining to a position I did not work in. I would have declined an offer as they did not look at my resume prior and were reading it back to me on the phone. I made it clear by the end that I was not very interested moving forward.
