Process requires you to do 3 interviews and 3 exams. Those exams include a behavioral test, analytical test, and a test regarding your knowledge in using SQL. The test could either be easy or difficult depending on the applicant's knowledge of SQL.

The interviews will catch you off guard. They give you scenarios to test your analytical capability. I have not received any offer and I haven't been rejected yet 2 days after my final interview (still waiting)

Got call to schedule phone interview first.. 20 Min interview with basic probability question. 2nd round skype interview in next week. 45 min interview skype interview designed in a pattern to ask statistics, probability, and programming questions. The interviewer was a good and diplomatic person. Had fun in interview
