Met two senior managers at a hotel in Edinburgh and completed a competency based interview after an initial telephone interview the whole experience took about an hour. The job spec was clearly explained and the type of person they were looking for was detailed. I had to use my previous managerial knowledge, attitudes and experiences to see if they fitted the spec.
