I was hired on to fill a position someone declined, turned out to be the best decision of my life. I interviewed with 2 other rotational engineers and a manager. I had a single phone interview, that was it. Never saw the site nor met any employees. Lots of communication about what to expect with the program and about relocation.

It was a video chat between myself and two Honeywell employees. The supervisor and a member of her team. I was asked technical and behavioral questions. The interview took about 30 minutes which allowed time after for any questions I had.
