An initial HR screening call that explained the responsibilities of the role, followed by a 2 part assessment (behavioral and cognitive) to be completed before your first interview. The cognitive portion was like taking the SAT, but more difficult. Once the assessments were completed, there was a 1-hour long Teams interview with the potential boss followed by a 1-hour long Teams panel interview with potential teammates. The next step was an in-person interview at Honeywell HQ, where I received a tour and had a very informal conversation with the potential boss's boss. The final step was an HR interview with behavioral questions that were based on the assessment I took prior to the interview process.
