You create a job agent to send you emails whenever a position matches your profile, you apply. With no previous interview you receive an email being rejected. And about a weeknlater you receive a message on LinkedIn from an outside recruiter of how great of a match you are for the same position, please apply. But since you already applied and got rejected you can't apply. You communicate that to the outside recruiter and get ghosted.

Simple, situational based question set. No technical questions. Very strange that a highly technical position garnered no technical questions at all. Another candidate was chosen over me because they were "more qualified". How? By what criteria do you measure someone's technical aptitude without asking technical questions? I'm highly educated with years of experience in this position. And yet, they chose someone else over me based solely on subjective metrics. I can only come to one conclusion...at 58, I was significantly older than the hiring manager or other team members on the interview panel...I can only come to the conclusion that age discrimination played a core role in my not being considered. If you are looking at Honeywell in Kansas City, know that "seasoned" workers need not apply..you will only be wasting your time.
