Pretty straight forward... Manager reached out via phone call and email, described the position and team, the tools and skills that will be gained in the position, and what the team contributes to. Manager asked what my career goals are, the typical tell me about yourself, etc. I emphasize that you show interest and/or passion when describing your background, if you show that you enjoy what you do and are curious about the position, you will be fine. Make sure to ask plenty of questions, you will definately have them.
