Interview took place in many stages - first with the recruiter, and then with the hiring manager, and then with the director of the team. Interviews with the manager and director are very "typical" and include a mix of situational questions and questions about your experiences. They did take a long time to get back to me but that may be contingent on the position you are applying for and other internal factors.
