The interview encompassed my interest in Aviation, what kind software and languages I had experience with, along with my technical skills. The interview was a well-rounded with two mangers (Engineer & Maintenance) and a Lead Design Engineer present to conduct different portions of the interview. I had time to express my prior experience, my interests, and goals for the position I was interviewing for and my career goals. Also, I was given information on how the workday and week are constructed and advisory info on location weather and safety requirements to help me with my decision to accept an offer.
