I had 4 great interviews from January until middle of February. All raving reviews from each interviewer. My recruiter informed me as well that I received amazing reviews and that on a specific day I would be receiving an update on the opportunity. After following up with the recruiter and hiring manager, it has been about 3 weeks of ghosting. I will assume it has something to do with the company splitting into 3, but it would have been nice to hear a response on the opportunity. My application is not closed, so it was quite a concerning process to give glowing constant reviews and communication, to complete ghosting. Seems like a great company, but this puts a bad taste in my mouth about the interviewing process.
