Very fast and transparent, I think end to end it took just over 2 weeks and there was no waiting around on my end to find out where I stood. The talent lead Becca was super helpful and really set me up for success for the subsequent phases by giving me advice and feedback. The process had four stages including a screening call with Becca, then a motivations-based interview with the hiring manager, a marketing task with the hiring manager and marketing team member, and finally an interview with the CEO. The questions never felt like they were trying to catch me out but rather to understand my working style and motivations to get an actual idea of wether I would genuinely thrive at Hook.
