The whole process took 5 weeks, but most of that time was the time it took them to give me an answer on the different selection processes they handle. In the last stage of the process, they took 15 days to give me an answer if I was selected to get hired or not even though I asked them before any update about my selection process, which for me is very disrespectful that they take all that time to tell you that you were not selected. Additionally, I asked them for any feedback about why they decided not to hire me, but they never replied. The first step was with a hotmart recruiter who asked me general interview questions, then I had an interview and a test where I had to answer a general Hotmart case of a customer in a creative way with 2 supervisors And finally, I had 2 more interviews the same day one was with 2 managers, where they asked me general interview questions + personal questions and the final interview was with the recruiter where she asked me difficult questions about how I have reacted or I would react to different type situations at job. I think the process is too long and difficult for the salary that they offer which is very low compared with other companies that hire for the same position and that have better benefits.
