Interview process included phone screening that consisted of speaking with the supervisor about prior experience in the field and getting to know why you are applying for the position. In addition, discussion also centered around the supervisor getting to know you. If you passed this step, a virtual interview was conducted. If they approved, then submitting a writing sample was a requirement.
