My answer would be - Before delivering the client value, I gauged the followings 1. Key pain points in achieving the tasks to deliver the final product 2. Assign weightage to each task 3. Determine priority of each task Based on the impact analysis of Combination of the above three factors will allow to determine the best way to deliver the client value
