I engage and am present in the work the team is tasked with. I make sure I'm asking enough of the right questions to understand how I can contribute and make sure team members are asking questions of me so they can do the same. I work to add value to the team, and look for value from team members, and I challenge others and expect to be challenged. In addition, I ensure there is a social component to the team to create bonds.
