The ways in which I answered this question are as follows: 1. I never get defensive and let the pt. Know that I am here for he/she. 2. I listened to the patients needs 3. I never get defensive, and I also would asked the pt how's there day, and if they need for me to get them something to eat or drink. These are some of the ways in which I deal with an aggressive pt, because everyone is fighting a battle we no nothing about and all we have to do is give a helping hand, a smile, a kind word, a helping hand make all the difference, as I live with this Motto, our greatness is not what we have but what we give, which I live by daily.
