How do handle angry customers?

If a customer is angry or upset, I will let them finish speaking & I will assure I note their concerns to properly assist them. If there is a question I cannot answer I will request management or someone who is more knowledgeable

Each customer is unique. I do not let the angry ones affect me attitude toward the next one.
