I said it's about completing the story. The middle, is where the problem arises. You need to start at the beginning, what were the steps leading up to the issue, is the right user performing the steps, are the instructions clear. You need to start at the beginning in order to make it to the end which should be a thoughtful and efficient resolution. Then always follow up to see how that issue can be prevented in the future.
