This was tough. I don't understand this question. Every group celebrates success and that's built into the culture. As well, if you treat people with respect and acknowledge them along the way you don't need big parties or over-planned gimmicks that actually deflate. That is kind of the way I answered it. I should have know that came from my future boss. All the 'tough' questions came from the interview panel and not my ill-prepared future boss. I will say that when it came time to yelling at me, banging on the table, accusing me unprofessional behavior and suggesting that I have a learning disability, my future boss was quite articulate.
