I feel I have a positive attitude and bring uplifting morale to my team. I know how to delegate in a courteous manner and coach my team by working alongside them until they are confident to work alone. I reassure and use positive reinforcements to ensure that correct policy and procedures are being adhered to whole job is executed in a timely fashion. I love to take care of my team and rewards are given to those that go above and beyond the call of duty. I have a lot of team building and training experience to make sure everyone knows to be a cohesive unit while executing the task at hand.
