I will listen attentively to the customer so I can understand his/her problem or concern and be able to analyze and resolve the problem. I will stay calm, apologize to the customer and show that I care. Lastly, I will thank the customer for bringing up the issue so that the management can find the solution to improve customer service satisfaction.
