u must know nature of the conflict and how it relate to united nations standards and policies first , after that u try on each party to see the points of the dispute , u get a full nature of involved between the two parties and u relate such to policies on guidance and u find a stable point between the two which they may agree and focus on a mid point where all can benefit and u work out a solution based on guidelines and line of conduct that u will emphasize while u are also finding a solution and ask them to shake hands after if this was a solution acceptable by them fully thanks
