Process mining allows you to get to the heart of your actual processes, and get a much more accurate view of how your business operates than what a traditional BI tool like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI can show. Those tools can tell you the what, or even the how, but very rarely get to the level of being able to provide actual insights into why a process deviation occurred and the impact that it had on the overall operation.
