Toughness is fully depend on the situation. We should tough wherever it needs on the other hand be helpful for all the employers that coming to us with different types of problems and scenarios.

Actually I have experience for working as Labour administrator and I response about workers paper and them transportation , worker’s leave,arrange them medical visa , them campsite and them attendance also good knowledge in HRMS system to update them present and absentIn addition to excel and word for office
