Basically, the CEO wanted a writer+ marketer+ social media strategist & what not in one role. To HR, please highlight the job responsibilities when looking for candidates. It will help us & you both save time & work. I had to write an article which later was accepted by a prolific portal but apparently wasn't up to your standards. It's fine to each its own and to be honest, in writing there is no perfect recipe. You have to keep testing what might work for the audience. Thanks.
