Gather complete Event Intake info, notify head of QA. Create Action Plan for complaint investigation including DHR review of subject material, decontamination of returned device, engineering analysis of the device, root cause determination, Corrective Action plan, vigilance reporting (determination), customer response, complaint approvals/closure.
