How would you handle an upset client?

- Be calm. If client is yelling at you don't yell back. - Listen to what is being said. When they are finish talking restate the problem. - Be sympathetic to them- apologize that the products is not going well for them. -Resolve the issue. -When done take 5 minutes for your self to get collected before taking on the next client/customer.
