I will begin the response to this question by saying no stakeholder is difficult, the issue they raise and their act of resistance and unsatisfaction is due to their desire to see the project succeed but they are loosing confidence in the direction it is going. - I will try to understand the motivation behind their resistance and negativity and ask what their concerns are - I will communicate more with them in a way that promotes understanding - I will tend be more objective and listen to their concerns and respond with data , reports and facts. -respond more quicker and resolve the issues they raise quickly : as it will help me to build and maintain peace :also to build their trust -make them feel important to avoid any future rejections
