No formal interview, got referred by a friend and then spoke to COO on the phone. Came in for a brief meeting and was offered an unpaid trial until I graduated and then they'd like to offer me a full-time position. They seemed pretty desperate for copywriters, so I wasn't exactly grilled.

I was asked what I knew about recruitment and quizzed on inbound marketing, then given a quick explanation of the company and service. I was told I'd learn all about inbound marketing via an online learning system (Hubspot Academy), which is where the comany's knowledge comes from.
