The questions will be on Telecom based on your exposure to the telecom domain (BSS/OSS)
There will be definite advantage on hands-on project execution and delivery.
Solution skills mostly tested on E2E solution understanding each product. e.g: for BSS you may need to know CRM, Billing, Prov, Mediation etc.
Good exposure to the eTOM, SID etc will be additional plus

short loop interview with 4 executives - similar as AWS but much less formal
written test about solution architecting in their office

Interview with team lead, hod and hr. Very chinese cultured and hierarchial, i.e. you must listen to boss kind.
Lots of OTs unpaid and tons of works expecting you to deliver on time regardless of your current workload and availability

Questions are generally easy, two rounds of interview: first round just asks about project experience, second round just chatting with HOD. Technical skills are not even assessed, just need to mention during interview you have xx skills.
