It's a walk-in interview. We just came to the room, register with the administration and state which position to apply and wait for the turn to be interviewed. For Project Controller, we get interviewed with 2 other applicants (as there's so many who apply for this position). The interview has 3 stage, namely HR, User 1, and User 2.
