Interview process with Adecco was decent. Hiring manager and team was nice. However when asked on budget they gave me an open range with no specific budget. When offer was given, they undercut my current package by 25%.

Lots of OTs unpaid and tons of works expecting you to deliver on time regardless of your current workload and availability

Questions are generally easy, two rounds of interview: first round just asks about project experience, second round just chatting with HOD. Technical skills are not even assessed, just need to mention during interview you have xx skills.
