Detailed, and organized - I was asked to fill out both an application and safety acknowledgments. They did a drug screen and a thorough background check. I had a simple driving test as well as two interviews. The first with the safety rep, the second with the dispatcher. They went over company policy, the job and all it entailed- what they expected of me, and then asked what I was expecting from the job - what I was looking for. The whole process took several days - but at the end I felt prepared to go out on the road.
