I was interviewed by a 'Delivery Manager' and the 'Product Owner' that I was covering. I am actually a technical product owner and I think most of what I said they had zero knowledge about. The interview was quite difficult as neither of them had any technical training and were both very arrogant with zero substance. I showed them the flow chart of a system I had developed for a financial exchange, which both of them didn't understand. I had shown this before to 'hands on' type people who had really liked it. The interview got cut short as it was obvious they didn't like me. I found it a very pretentious company who overate themselves.
