Called initially to discuss opening, then requested driving records. A few weeks later got scheduled for an interview. Had to fill out job application and other paperwork. She went over application, didn't seem to look at anything I wrote down, gave me a conditional offer subject to a drug screening and DOT physical. Passed the physical, but with conditions, however these conditions were not disclosed when officially hired. She didn't go over my qualifications and experience and didn't answer very many of my questions. She said they would be answered after hire.

Had a one on one interview and the person that was interviewing me basically talked to me as if I already had the job. Described what the job was about and asked if I had a valid license and if I could provide my driving record/history.
