This is my first interview in this company. ONLY JAPANESE, you can't use English. So it will be a huge language barrier to apply this company's job. and I even take a japanese test during the interview. The basia process is: 1. information confirmation. they should confirm your basic informtion, which is include name, birth ,address,visa type and residence card information. 2. job expectation. what kind of job you want, what kind of job you can accept. you could be relocated to another place. 3. experience questions. they will ask you about your experience, what kind of project you have done. how long have you paticipate in this project. and so on.
