2. 'Vibe check' online interview with two members of the team. About 30 mins introduction to yourself etc. "Why do you want to work here?" etc.
3. Presentation interview, likely with two other members of the team
Offer. Presentation was 5-10 minutes talking through a discussion activity proposal. Told to be as creative as possible and I think they genuinely mean it - worked for me anyway. Think they're checking more how confident you are at presenting and whether you can think logically about question type. Following this, I had some some very basic questions about research in general.
