Completely automated process. The initial application stage was slightly frustrating because they ask you to provide a CV and portfolio but they only allow you to upload one document. I wish they would do something about this. Once you submit your CV you immediately get an email inviting you to answer 3 questions via video. This part was easy to navigate and gives you a feel for the company as you watch videos of the CEO asking you questions while he walks around the Hunkemöller office. I received an automated rejection email two days later.
