Got a phone call to setup an interview a week later. It was a panel interview that consisted of Clinical Supervisor, Manager, RN's and PCA's. It was intimidating but everyone was super nice. They asked a few questions...about 30 minute interview and then took a tour of the floor afterwards.

Applied online. Got a call from HR a couple days later. Interviewed with manager and one staff rn. pretty easy. Just talked about why interested in the job and then took a tour around the unit. got a call by the end of the week that i got the position.
